Directory of Practices and Firms Renewals

Your 2017 subscription for the CIBSE Directory of Practices and Firms is now available to view and pay online.

2017 Subscription Rates

  • Small firms (< 10 employees) - £295*
  • Large firms (>10 employees) - £495*

*inclusive of VAT
 
All subscription fees run on an annual basis from 1 January to 31 December each year.

How to pay online

  • To make a payment online please login to MyCIBSE
  • Click on Make a Payment on the Profile page.
  • Select the Directory of Practices and Firms subscription by putting a tick in the box to the left of the Invoice Number
  • Click Pay Now to enter your credit card details and confirm your payment.
  • Once payment has been processed an email will be sent to you.
  • Download a copy of your Receipt by clicking on My Transactions on the Profile page.

If you are logging into the new MyCIBSE for the first time since 28 July 2016 you will need to validate the email CIBSE holds for you by clicking Register on the log-in page. You will just need to validate your email, please do not complete a Registration Form as this will create a duplicate record for you.

Please give your invoice number as the transaction reference and email sdempster@cibse.org with your invoice number, payment date, amount paid and include the bank remittance advice if available.
 
Cheque / Money Order / Bankers Draft

Cheques should be drawn on a UK bank account and made payable to CIBSE Services Ltd. Banker’s Drafts should also be made payable to CIBSE Services Ltd. Please write your membership number on the back of your cheque.

FAQs

I can’t login to the CIBSE Website

Please visit www.cibse.org/mycibse and ensure that you have re-registered using the email address we have for you. This will be the same email address we contacted you on to notify your subscription is available to renew. Please click on Forgotten Password link if you have registered after 28 July 2016 and need to reset your password.
 
I have logged in but can’t see my subscription fees?

If you do not have any charges in the Make a Payment section of MyCIBSE you may have used a different email address, to what we hold on our records, and created a duplicate login. Please contact us by email sdempster@cibse.org or phone: +44(0)20 8772 3625 where we will be able to update/correct this for you.
 
Where will I find the fees for 2017 Subscriptions?

I need an invoice for my company to make payment.

Your invoice/s can be downloaded from MyCIBSE. Once logged in click on Make a Payment on the profile page and then click each invoice number where you will have the option to print the invoice.
