Renford is a future thinking Real Estate Developer who has a background in engineering, sustainability and innovation for the built environment, this has given him a unique insight into creating places that complement the environment, enhance wellbeing and are commercially successful. 
 
Renford is a Development Manager for a Real Estate Private Equity Investor. Where he is delivering some of London’s most exciting landmark schemes. He is a Chartered Engineer and Member of CIBSE. 
 
He has experience within various sectors including prime residential, education, commercial and industrial. He can provide insight from consultant, contractor and client perspectives.  
 
In the past, he has also worked with The Zero Carbon Hub (Legacy team) on a “Future Homes” project as well as AECOM and TUV SUD Wallace Whittle on a collaborative approach to create a framework for delivering projects with an “Inside Out” design philosophy. 
 
Renford is a member of the Advisory Group for The Digital Catapult and the Building Data Exchange platform, which has been formulated to unlock one of the largest unexplored data-sets in the built environment. The overarching aim of the platform is to act as a hub for the built environment community, digital innovators, designers and entrepreneurs to develop new business and technological approaches for the buildings we live and work in.
 
Renford is also on the Committee for the Build2Perform conference on behalf of CIBSE. This annual event is held at London’s Olympia. Build2Perform Live is the biggest, most significant two-day interactive event dedicated to helping built environment professionals and the wider supply chain improve efficiency and save money through effective build philosophies.
