Landscape Irrigation systems query |

We are working on a 'Green Star' refurbishment project in South Africa, where the commissioning of building systems is required. The commissioning of these building systems need to be done in accordance with the CIBSE codes. Please could anyone advise if landscape irrigation systems for external gardens, would be included in 'building systems'? and thus also need full commissioning? or is irrigation seen as separate from internal building systems - and thus dealt with differently?
