Covering Building Services Electrically |

Just would like to know what minimum qualifications you would look for in someone to cover building services on the electrical side, I have someone who has done mechanical services for 30yrs and has C&G 2360 electrical installations part 1 only, AM1 Practical skills Electrical, has done PAT/RCD testing and knows electrical circuits, what would a potential employer look for as minimum qualifications to do this within the law, Andy
