Level 4 building -SBEM or DSM method
K.T 16 Feb 11 at 10:43	Hi ya, Does it really matter for a development which falls under Level 4 assessment would be modelling by SBEM or DSM method? Recently i have seen a flow chart (Janu-17th -2011-issue -02) from CIBSE and mentioned clearly about assessment level decision flow chart. I am wondering could someone let me know –if a development falls under level 4 assessment criteria does it really matters that development should be modelling via SBEM method or DSM method? Cheers
James 16 Feb 11 at 16:46	Hi I would say that it could be modelled with either SBEM or DSM. If it is modelled with a DSM I believe that it automatically becomes a level 5 assessment though (correct me if I'm wrong). Regards James

I would say that it could be modelled with either SBEM or DSM.

If it is modelled with a DSM I believe that it automatically becomes a level 5 assessment though (correct me if I'm wrong).
