Note about Dispute resolution
CIBSE does not offer a dispute resolution service however many CIBSE members offer services in this area. If you are seeking ADR - alternative dispute resolution (a means of resolving disputes outside the court) there are a number of options including:

- Arbitration
- Mediation
- Expert Witness
