Employer of the Year

The annual CIBSE Employer of the Year Award is open to any organisation that pro-actively champions young people in the building services sector, through commitment to young people in the workplace or by supporting those employees through education.

All submissions are judged by a panel of esteemed representatives from across the industry. Finalists are then invited to attend the Young Engineers Awards ceremony at the IMechE in October where three separate awards are presented to the best Small (<50 employees), Medium (51-300 employees), and Large (>301 employees) Employers. An overall winner is also announced and awarded the ultimate accolade of CIBSE Employer of the Year.
