Course Content

This course is designed for those who manage projects in the construction and building services industries. The aim of the course is to introduce the project manager role and review the CIOB/CIBSE/RIBA/RICS/ICE Code of Practice for Project Management, explain the strategies for achieving successful projects and give practical tips and advice on successful project management

This one day training course equips all project managers with the basic knowledge and understanding of the project manager role as well as project organization and execution. It consists of four sessions that cover the following topics:
