Speaker's Profile

Jim O'Neil has served as chairman of the Electrical Contractors’ Association technical committee and chairman of joint ECA / HVCA M&E Sustainability working group. An electrical power engineer by background, Jim has a specialism in the design of HV generation and distribution. He has extensive experience of working in major project environments, including airports, mine winders, steel mills and water treatment. He has over 30 years’ experience working in client side consultancy and supplier/contractor roles, 15 years at Technical Director level with major M&E contractors.
