TM39 Consultation

Revision of Building Energy Metering (TM39)

The current edition of CIBSE TM39 was released in 2009 and is now rather dated. A revision was begun in 2016 but was paused due to other policy developments around energy efficiency in buildings. With the current consultation on Part L for non-domestic buildings we are taking the opportunity to consult on a revised draft of TM39. ​We would welcome comments on this draft.
