SLL LightBytes 2019 - 20

The 2019-20 series will be focusing on light and wellness, with presentations divided into four overarching sessions;

This year's expert speakers are Richard Caple FSLL, Marketing & Applications Director for Thorlux; Roger Sexton FSLL, Vice President Specifier Support for Xicato; Graeme Shaw MSLL, Technical Applications Manager for Zumtobel.

They will be joined by guest speaker, Dr Eleonora Brembilla, Research Associate in advanced building daylight modelling at Loughborough University.

Whilst there is still a very apparent need for further research and conclusive evidence concerning circadian lighting or the application of lighting for wellness, there is no substitute for daylight in relation to the stimulation of the circadian system and support of human health.
Each of the LightBytes events is split into 4 sessions, with speakers delivering bite-sized, peer reviewed presentations for each session. The day provides an opportunity to add 4.5 hours of CIBSE Accredited CPD to your record.

The new series will be travelling to the following locations:

BIRMINGHAM 10 October 2019
DUBLIN 21 November 2019
MANCHESTER 30 January 2020
LEEDS 13 February 2020
BRISTOL 26 March 2020
GLASGOW 23 April 2020
