The aim of the course is to cover the procedures for small and large projects, client brief, design, tendering, negotiation, estimating, planning cost control, procuring, subcontracting, suppliers, completion, and handling projects simultaneously. Also, to answer questions and provide possible solutions to delegates' current project work issues.
