This is an opportunity to hear from Beca Fire Engineers, Michael Belsham and Valerie Chan, on Fire Engineering and Protection. Together they will provide an overview of the requirements for CIBSE Guide E: Fire Safety Engineering, and how they relate to New Zealand building standards.

Steve Hennessy, building services engineer and sustainability consultant will be joining us from Sydney to give an introduction to the WELL building rating system and the implications for new and existing buildings.

The WELL Building Standard is a new and unique methodology. It is the world’s first building certification that focuses exclusively on human health and wellness. Find out more about what this rating system can do for your building projects.

This seminar is open to members and non-members and will be followed by drinks and networking. Delegates will have the opportunity to meet the new CIBSE Wellington Chapter Chair, Mick Gardner, and members of the CIBSE Australia and New Zealand regional committee.
