Steve Urwin- Director, Kernel Property
With an early career background in large scale construction, Steve brings a challenging mindset to his commercial office premises briefs. Whilst all his office premises have been ‘alternative’, the Generator Room is the best example of what can be achieved using a seemingly redundant space. He confidently describes it as the best office space in Sydney and will take you on the creative journey to how it was accomplished.
Steve is the co-founder of Kernel Property and often approached for market commentary and trends.
