An increase in research and study into how light affects us both psychologically and biologically via the non-visual effect of light has led designers to developing schemes that improve well-being.
In 2014, version 1 of the WELL Building Standard was launched to address the design for well-being by applying tangible metrics. In 2018, version 2 was released.
The talk aims to identify the key lighting aspects within the WELL Building Standard version 2 and the aspects to consider when trying to achieve WELL accreditation.
