The CIBSE Young Energy Performance Group (YEPG) and the Energy Performance Group (EPG) are delighted to present an event discussing the impact of sustainable finance regulations on building energy performance.

Sustainable finance regulations are shaping—and driving—the demand to build more sustainably and refurbish existing buildings. However, many questions arise from these regulations:

  • What current policies and regulations are in place, and how do they impact energy performance?
  • Are these measures sufficient to ensure long-term reductions in carbon emissions?
  • What is their impact on a client’s portfolio?
  • What strategies and interventions can be implemented to make buildings more energy-efficient?
  • How are industry professionals avoiding greenwashing?

This event will aim to address these questions and more through a series of short presentations by invited experts, followed by a panel discussion hosted by YEPG Chair Andrew Cooper, Managing Director of Edge APM.

Join us online or in person at Savills’ office in London. Refreshments will be provided for those attending in person.
