COVID-19: CIBSE Events Update
At CIBSE the welfare of our delegates is of the utmost importance to us and we will continue to monitor government advice regarding COVID-19; putting contingency plans in place where necessary for upcoming events. Any updates for YEA will be published on the news page.
The competition is now open - all entries must be received by 3 August 2020.
This prestigious annual awards scheme brings together the CIBSE ASHRAE Graduate of the Year award, which is now in its 25th year. The CIBSE Employer of the Year award, now in its 13th year, and the newest addition - the CIBSE Apprentice of the Year award.
The CIBSE Young Engineers Awards recognise and reward the innovative thinking, hard work and skills of graduate engineers, whilst also showcasing employers who are truly committed to developing and encouraging young talent. The awards are open to both CIBSE members and non-members alike.
The deadline for the Graduate, Employer, and Apprentice of the Year Awards is Monday, 3 August.
The 2020 winners will be announced at the CIBSE Young Engineers Awards on Thursday, 8 October 2020 held at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers in London.

Entering the CIBSE Employer of the Year Award 2020 could allow you to join last year's winner, AECOM, and have your commitment to supporting and mentoring newly qualified engineers recognised on an international scale.

- CIBSE Apprentice of the Year 2020
The new Apprentice of the Year award is open to apprentices registered on Standards/Frameworks at level 3 and above in building services engineering and related occupations, who have started their apprenticeship scheme before 1 January 2020.
