I can’t login to the CIBSE Website.
Please email membership@cibse.org and provide us with your full name, membership number and valid email address. Someone from the membership team will assist you.

I get an error message when I login.
We are aware that some members are not able to login. We are currently working with our IT supplier to fix this issue as soon as possible. You can pay your membership fees by contacting the membership team on +44 208 772 3650 or at membershipsubs@cibse.org

I have logged in but can’t see my subscription fees?
If you do not have any charges in the Make a Payment section of MyCIBSE you may have used a different email address, to what we hold on our records, and created a duplicate login. Please contact us by email membershipsubs@cibse.org or phone: +44(0)20 8772 3650 where we will be able to update/correct this for you.

I need an invoice for my company to make payment.
Your invoice/s can be downloaded from MyCIBSE. Once logged in click on Make a Payment on the profile page and then click each invoice number where you will have the option to print the invoice. Please ensure you print the invoices for ALL the subscriptions/fees you wish to pay.

Alternatively contact the membership team with your membership number, they can email the relevant invoices to you. Email: membershipsubs@cibse.org.

Can I apply for a reduced subscription?
If you meet the criteria for the reduced subscription rate, please download, complete and return the Reduced Subscription Rate Application Form to membershipsubs@cibse.org or post to:
Membership Subscriptions, CIBSE, 222 Balham High Road, SW12 9BS, UK.

I am due to upgrade my membership in 2019 do I need to pay my subscription now?
Yes, if you are planning to upgrade your membership please ensure all your subscription fees are paid before upgrading. Once your new membership grade is confirmed any fees that have already been paid will be deducted from the amount due at that time.

What fees do I need to pay if I am upgrading my membership?
The first year’s subscription fee and where applicable, the interview fee and Engineering Council Entry Fee should be submitted with your application.

For Fellow, Member, Associate and Licentiate applications, the subscription fee and Engineering Council entry fee will be taken once your membership is confirmed by CIBSE. If you have already paid the annual subscription fee for another grade, the difference between this rate and the new grade rate is payable at this stage.
