MEP Revit Technician

A well-established Building Services Consultancy is seeking an experienced MEP Revit Technician to support its growing workload on a contract basis. The business delivers Mechanical and Electrical design solutions across a wide range of sectors including education, residential, science and research, industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects. Due to an increasing project pipeline, they are looking to appoint a skilled Revit professional who can quickly integrate into the team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality BIM models and coordinated design information. The Opportunity This contract position would suit an experienced MEP Revit Technician who enjoys working on technically diverse projects within a collaborative consultancy environment. Working closely with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating detailed BIM models from concept design through to construction stages, ensuring projects are delivered to programme and in accordance with BIM standards. Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, collaboration, time management and problem-solving skills. Critical thinking skills, ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving team environment.
