Plumbing Technical Support Manager
Your new company We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established supplier of plumbing and related products that has been operating for over 50 years. With around 120 staff across office and warehouse operations, this business is known for its strong reputation and commitment to delivering exceptional service and technical expertise to customers nationwide. Your new role As the Plumbing Technical Support Manager, you will oversee a team of four Technical Support Advisors who provide expert advice to customers on plumbing products. This is a newly created position due to the current manager reducing their working days. You will work closely with them during the transition and receive ongoing support to ensure you succeed in your new role.Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the technical support team, ensuring high service standards, and acting as an escalation point for complex technical queries. You'll also play a key role in coaching and developing the team to maintain product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.What you'll need to succeed A strong plumbing background is essential; gas experience is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership experience - this does not need to be in an identical role but should show team management or supervisory capability. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Organisational skills to manage workloads and ensure service levels are met. Principal Mechanical Design Engineer
Your new company We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation within the commercial decarbonisation and offsite energy solutions sector. With operations spanning the UK, Ireland, and Europe, they are well established in designing and delivering innovative low‑carbon and prefabricated mechanical and energy systems. Their Birmingham (Solihull) office is home to a growing multidisciplinary design function, responsible for creating coordinated, build‑ready solutions that support the transition towards sustainable, low‑carbon technologies. Your new role As the new Principal Mechanical Design Engineer, you will take a senior position within the Design Team, leading mechanical design output across a variety of commercial decarbonisation projects. Your new role As an Electrical Revit Technician, you will be responsible for producing high‑quality 3D models and coordinated drawings for a range of building services projects. This is an office‑based role where you will work closely with design engineers, project managers, and the wider commercial team to support the delivery of fully coordinated electrical designs.You will play a key role in the BIM process, ensuring all models and drawings are accurate, compliant, and delivered to project deadlines.
