Electrician

Your new company An exciting opportunity has become available within a successful and fast-growing electrical services company based in Bristol. Your new role As a qualified electrician, you will be working on a variety of contracts across Bristol and South Wales. Duties include but are not limited to: Perform inspections, tests, and preventive maintenance on electrical systems. Diagnose electrical faults and promptly repair or replace faulty components. Install and commission new electrical equipment and wiring according to specifications. Comply with safety standards and electrical codes at all times. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will have the below essentials: - City and Guilds 2360 part 2/City and Guilds 2330 level 3 (or equivalent) in Electricals - NVQ Level 3 Installing and Commissioning Electro technical Systems - City & Guilds 2382 Requirements for Electrical installations BS7671 18th Edition - Be able to successfully gain military/ Government Security Clearance - Microsoft Office literate: as required to complete reports etc... - Hold a full clean UK driving licence (no points) - Confident working alone and within a team. - Be able to work an on-call rota Below is a list of desirable experience and qualifications: - Fire Alarm Experience - IPAF and/or PASMA - City & Guilds 2391 Inspection, Testing and certification of electrical Installations What you'll get in return A competitive salary, ranging from £35,000-£37,400 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications plus benefits as per the below: - Door-to-door travel paid - Company Van as travel is required for role - Fuel Card - Company Phone - 24-Day Holiday plus Bank holidays - Flexible working hours - Dependent on client demands - Uniform provided What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
