Your new role As the Plumbing Technical Support Manager, you will oversee a team of four Technical Support Advisors who provide expert advice to customers on plumbing products. This is a newly created position due to the current manager reducing their working days. You will work closely with them during the transition and receive ongoing support to ensure you succeed in your new role.Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the technical support team, ensuring high service standards, and acting as an escalation point for complex technical queries. You'll also play a key role in coaching and developing the team to maintain product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.What you'll need to succeed A strong plumbing background is essential; gas experience is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership experience - this does not need to be in an identical role but should show team management or supervisory capability. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Organisational skills to manage workloads and ensure service levels are met. M&E BIM Coordinator

Your new role As a BIM Coordinator based in Birmingham, you'll develop and manage fully coordinated MEP models using Revit and Navisworks. You'll lead model coordination workshops, manage the Common Data Environment (CDE), and work closely with prefabrication teams to produce fabrication-ready models and detailed construction drawings. You'll validate installations during construction and produce accurate as-installed models for commissioning and handover. A key part of your role will involve supporting sustainability goals by using BIM data to track embodied carbon and energy strategies. What you'll need to succeed Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and experience with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination. Your new role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor (Decarbonisation) based in Birmingham, you'll take responsibility for the financial success of decarbonisation projects where the organisation acts as the main contractor. You'll manage costs, valuations, variations, and subcontractor engagement, while liaising with internal teams and clients. Duties include reviewing contracts, preparing monthly valuations, processing payments, and attending commercial meetings. Site visits across England (and occasionally Wales, Scotland, or Ireland) may be required. What you'll need to succeed A third-level qualification in Surveying or Cost Engineering (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar commercial role. Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts. Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and communication skills. High level of IT literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). You will: Conduct site surveys and develop electrical design drawings, plant selections, cabling routes, and specifications from concept to completion. Design BMS control panels and descriptions of operation for selected plant. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
