Assistant MEP Project Manager - Kent Company Overview Our client is a market-leading M&E Contractor with over 50 years of industry experience. Operating across multiple divisions, they currently employ nearly 300 staff across office and site locations. Last year, they reported a turnover of £58 million. Their Special Works Division focuses on commercial and educational projects, as well as plantroom replacements across London. Project values typically range from £5,000 to £1.5 million. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an Assistant MEP Project Manager to support the Project Manager with the successful delivery of projects. Electrical Engineer
Role Overview:The Electrical Building Services Engineer is responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems within technical health and pharmaceutical buildings. This includes ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, optimising energy efficiency, and supporting the delivery of high-quality building services solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and specify electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, security systems, and data networks. Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical services into building designs. Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess existing infrastructure and project requirements. Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
