Intermediate Electrical Engineer
You'll manage your own time and deliverables, attend design team meetings and site meetings, and and liaise directly with clients, architects, and specialist external consultants. You will also create and develop electrical and building services designs, including performing technical analysis, preparing detailed calculations, and designing sketches. The ideal Electrical Design Engineer will have a minimum of three years of experience and some previous experience working with well-known Architects. Senior Mechanical Engineer - To £60K + best of old school and new school methods With over around 10 years experience in Building Services you've seen projects through; and learnt from mistakes. You're are expert in HVAC and have a good appreciation for Electrical, Fire and PH. From a quick walk around a site, you'll know where the weak links are and how to solve them. You can identify problems and risks early in a project; and deal with them within the allocated time and budget. Electrical Contracts Manager

Your New Role You will project manage electrical services installation contracts from handover of estimate to completion, analyse labour resource requirements for the project and control labour and associated costs, as well as regular site visits, monitoring works progress and ensuring the quality of work is to the required standard and on programme. You will liaise closely with other professionals, including clients, structural engineers, builders, architects and surveyors, in-house project and design teams, building and maintaining relationships as well as attending a range of project group and technical meetings.
