Senior Mechanical Engineer

Senior Mechanical Engineer - To £55K + Profit Share + Fully Remote Unique opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer to join a new type of building services and sustainability consultancy. Established in 2025 by a Chartered Engineer and CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant, they have already grown to five employees and have a confirmed order book for the next 6 months. Some of their projects include Build to Rent (BTR), commercial offices, student accommodation towers, NZC masterplans and high end retail projects across London. As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll enjoy a fully remote role; and you will be responsible for leading projects from RIBA Stages 1 - 5. You'll partner with architects and end users from an early stage of a project to ensure buildings remain innovative, low energy and adaptable. You'll produce designs are properly coordinated, easy to install, easy to maintain and remain flexible. You'll work directly with (not just for) the Mechanical Director, and learn about all aspects of the industry including surveys, fees, resource planning and liaise directly with stakeholders. Key tasks.
