Senior Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities Attend client and site meetings. Design innovative mechanical building services, including HVAC and above-ground water services. Prepare specifications, drawings, and equipment schedules for HVAC systems. Review RFIs, technical submittals, and contractor design information. Mentor and support junior and intermediate mechanical engineers Manage project profitability, ensuring designs meet programme and budget targets. Ensure your designs comply with CIBSE guidelines, British Standards, and client-specific requirements such as CP1. Requirements Minimum 8 years' experience in building services design. Currently working for a consultancy, designing residential, hotel, or mixed-use projects. Proven ability in leading projects from RIBA stages 2 - 4.
