They specialise in delivering infrastructure and drainage solutions for residential and mixed-use developments , working closely with housebuilders, developers, and planning consultants. Their projects range from small bespoke developments through to large multi-phase residential schemes , with a strong focus on practical, buildable design. The Role They are looking to appoint a Senior Infrastructure / Drainage Engineer to support the delivery of a growing pipeline of development-led projects. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of design work, manage projects, and contribute to client relationships. Key Responsibilities Design of drainage and infrastructure for residential developments Preparation of: Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) Drainage Strategies Earthworks and levels design Liaison with statutory bodies (e.g. local authorities, water companies) Support planning applications and technical approvals (S104, S38, S278) Manage projects and coordinate with internal/external teams Mentor junior engineers What They’re Looking For Strong experience in infrastructure/drainage design (consultancy background) Proficiency with MicroDrainage / InfoDrainage and AutoCAD/Civil 3D Experience working on residential development schemes Good understanding of UK standards and approval processes Ability to manage projects and communicate with clients Why Join?
