Your new role As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will take the lead in inspecting and signing-off works on vacant retail and commercial properties, ensuring that they meet all statutory and health and safety requirements before new tenants move in. You will play a critical role in preparing properties for occupation and enabling tenants to bring forwards their own refurbishments quickly and confidently. What you'll need to succeed Salary of up to £53,000 per year. 28 days annual leave per year + bank holidays. Excellent contributory pension scheme. Flexitime. Hybrid working arrangement. What you'll get in return In return, you will receive an initial 24-month fixed term contract, offering a salary of £54,000. Senior Electrical engineer
I am looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the delivery of innovative building services solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects. This is an opportunity to take ownership of electrical design from concept to completion, mentor junior engineers, and play a key role in shaping sustainable, high-performance environments. Key Responsibilities Lead electrical design for building services projects across commercial, healthcare, education, and residential sectors.
