3D BIM Revit Coordinator

The team are working on a large number of prestigious high-rise developments in London and you will provide 3D modelling on a range of complex building services.  Duties are varied but include the following: Producing CAD deliverables to relevant BIM standards in compliance with companies Information Management System. Producing drawings and schedules to relevant standards. Liaising with team leaders, project managers and engineers from various disciplines. Working on your own initiative and managing projects to ensure deadlines are achieved. Working in close collaboration with other team members in other disciplines. Requirements: Previous experience of working in a Building Services Engineering environment. Demonstrable experience in using AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks. The ability to communicate in a fluent and positive manner with Clients and other team members and to produce written documents in clear English. The ability to understand the needs of a project and manage your time effectively. Good Microsoft Office skills. Experience of using Solibri would be advantageous.

Intermediate/Senior Mechanical Engineer

The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary design team for several clients covering a range of activities from project feasibility through to detailed design and construction support. This exciting role will involve leading teams working on demanding large-scale projects both in the UK and potentially overseas. Working closely with clients, architects and other members of the professional team you will take an active role in establishing the brief, leading the design and developing potential solutions in order to assist in delivering high quality projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. To succeed in this role, you should be proactive and able to work on your own initiative. You will have the ability and drive to move to the next level in your career after an appropriate period. Requirements: A mechanical engineering degree. Proven track record of delivering projects within set time frames. Experience of designing to British standards. Strong communication skills.
