Junior Estimator – Air Conditioning Division Location:  Sevenoaks Kent Salary:  £28,000 per annum (depending on experience) Reports To:  Technical Service Manager & Business Unit Director Division:  Mechanical Services – Air Conditioning About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented  Junior Estimator  to join our Air Conditioning Division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an air conditioning improver or HVAC background professional who is looking to transition into an office-based estimating career. You will support the preparation of accurate cost estimates for commercial and industrial HVAC remedial works and callouts. Working closely with Technical Service Managers and field engineers, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in pricing, supplier negotiation, and project costing within a fast-paced mechanical services environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for air conditioning and mechanical remedial works Review engineers’ reports and scope works for pricing purposes Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations Compare supplier pricing and support procurement decisions Order materials for accepted quotations Maintain accurate records of quotations and cost breakdowns Learn and adhere to company estimating procedures and industry standards Support the team with administrative tasks related to pricing and job costings What We’re Looking For This role would suit: An AC engineer or HVAC professional looking to move off the tools and develop a career in estimating Someone early in their estimating career seeking structured training and development A technically minded individual who enjoys working with numbers and problem-solving Key Skills & Attributes Strong numerical and analytical ability Good understanding of air conditioning / HVAC systems (essential) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (estimating software experience advantageous) Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines Commercial awareness or willingness to develop it Qualifications & Experience Background in Air Conditioning / HVAC (engineering or technical support experience preferred) Relevant technical qualification (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or similar) advantageous Previous experience within construction or building services beneficial but not essential Full UK driving licence

Electrical Project Manager

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Contracts Manager to oversee and manage electrical contracting projects across our key sectors: Commercial, Industrial, and Residential. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full project lifecycle — from pre-contract tendering and award through to final account settlement — ensuring all works are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual obligations. Key Responsibilities Contract & Commercial Management Assess and manage contractual risk, flagging issues to senior management and providing mitigation strategies. Ensure contract documentation, correspondences, and notices are managed in strict compliance with contractual terms.   Sector-Specific Responsibilities Commercial: Oversee electrical fit-out and M&E works for office developments, retail units, hotels, and mixed-use buildings. Coordinate closely with main contractors and consultants. Industrial: Manage LV distribution, Containment and process electrical installations. Ensure compliance with IET Wiring Regulations and industry-specific requirements. Coordinate labour, plant, and material procurement to programme requirements. Monitor project performance against budget and programme. Manage project handover, O&M documentation, and client sign-off processes. Qualifications & Experience Essential Minimum 7 years' experience in electrical contracting, with at least 3 years in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role. Proven experience across two or more of the Three sectors: Commercial, Industrial, Residential. ECS Gold Card or CSCS Black/Gold Card holder. Full UK Driving Licence.   Desirable SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely qualification. Experience with 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations.   Skills & Attributes Excellent commercial acumen with ability to manage contract risk and maximise margin. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise across multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; MS Project or equivalent planning software. Commitment to the highest standards of health, safety, and quality.
