Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time and within budget. Desirable: Experience in healthcare projects and knowledge of HTMs and HBNs. Membership of professional bodies such as CIBSE or IET. Familiarity with sustainability and net-zero design principles. Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience in a UK design consultancy. Expertise in mechanical building services design, with a solid understanding of technical standards, legislation, and best practice. Commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets and financial performance. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope. A proactive, positive approach with excellent communication skills to inspire confidence in clients and colleagues.
