Senior / Intermediate MEP Quantity Surveyor Location: Central London | Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Salary: Intermediate £45,000 – £60,000 | Senior £65,000 – £80,000 + Benefits A young, dynamic, London-based Main Contractor with over 20 years’ experience is seeking a Senior or Intermediate MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team on a permanent basis. With a turnover of circa £160M and a team of around 160 staff, the company delivers new builds, refurbishments, alterations, and interior fit-outs across multiple sectors including CAT A & B office fit-outs, high-end residential, schools, hotels, leisure, and private clients. The Role Based in their Central London office, you will join a team of three M&E Quantity Surveyors. You will be responsible for tendering MEP packages on new projects, assisting in managing sub-contractor variation accounts, and ensuring robust cost control across all MEPH packages. Projects are procured via single stage, two stage, or negotiated processes, with combined MEP package contract values ranging from £3M to £10M.
