Electrical Project Manager Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 4:00pm We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a growing M&E contractor delivering projects across London. This is a site and office-based role, overseeing electrical works within live environments including medical facilities, commercial offices, and banking premises. Project values typically range from £250k to £500k, with responsibility for managing up to two projects simultaneously. You will report to a Senior Project Manager and oversee a Site Manager, taking full responsibility for project delivery from inception through to completion. This is a site-based role overseeing CAT A & CAT B commercial office fit-outs, with a focus on the installation of air conditioning, ventilation, and associated mechanical plant. Project values typically range from £2m to £8m. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing multi-disciplined mechanical services installations, ideally within the commercial sector.
