Senior MEP Technician

The Role As a Senior MEP BIM Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering coordinated 3D MEP models and technical drawing packages for building services projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, education and industrial sectors.You will work closely with Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health engineers, taking the lead on BIM delivery, producing detailed Revit models and ensuring all information is accurate, coordinated and construction‑ready. M&E Quantity Surveyor Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexible depending on project demands) We are working with a growing M&E contractor based in Barbican , delivering small-to-medium M&E packages and fit-outs across London, Essex, and Kent. The business focuses primarily on commercial office and data centre projects, alongside selected residential schemes. They also provide consultancy support to external Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers. Projects are a mix of new build and refurbishment works, typically within live environments. With a £4 million turnover and a team of 14, this is a close-knit and collaborative company looking to appoint a well-rounded M&E Quantity Surveyor who can take ownership of the commercial function while also supporting estimating where required. They are particularly interested in someone with a broad skill set who is comfortable working across multiple areas of the business. Work locations include Central London, Basildon, Essex, and Kent.
