We are looking for an Associate Director level Vertical Transportation Consultant to undertake the following: Provide technical support and expertise on Vertical Transportation systems, including lifts, escalators, incline lifts, moving walkways, platforms, cradles, and building management units Conduct Term Consultancy and Vertical Transportation Audits, Condition Surveys, Technical Reviews, Dilapidation Surveys, Technical Due Diligence, Life Cycle Costing, Compliance Assessments Building and maintaining a deep understanding of existing and target clients (predominately internal) Contributing to resource planning and management discussions in own area Planning, prioritising and resourcing own work effectively to meet client needs and budgets Provide support in tender services, Vertical Transportation Design and Traffic Analysis, Project Management and Contract Administration, CDM Duties, Acceptance and Witness Testing In addition to a positive work environment, they offer an attractive benefits package, including an annual bonus of approximately 15% of salary. This role will focus heavily on  drainage design , supporting the delivery of development and infrastructure projects across sectors such as residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers and project teams to produce high-quality technical drawings and infrastructure designs from concept through to construction. Key Responsibilities Producing  detailed drainage layouts and infrastructure drawings  using  AutoCAD Civil 3D .
