We are looking for an ambitious Senior or Principal Civil Engineer to lead the design and delivery of highway and drainage schemes for commercial, industrial, and residential developments. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of highway and drainage schemes . Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications . Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams. Supervise and mentor engineers, technicians, and trainees. Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality management systems . Promote digital innovation, including BIM and emerging technologies. Support project management and resource allocation. Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering (or higher). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team. Desirable Experience with S104, S38, S278 agreements . Chartered status ( CEng or IEng ) or working towards it. Familiarity with ISO standards and technical assurance processes. Experience in project management and mentoring teams.
