Revit Technician
Your new company A family run company working in mechanical and electrical with a major presence across Liverpool. Working across large portfolios and small bespoke schemes. Sectors mainly worked across include: Healthcare, Education and both public and private clients. Your new role A MEP Revit technician is needed to join the growing team based in Liverpool using CAD and Revit to produce 2D & 3D models according to the company's data management strategy. Handle complex drafting assignments under minimum supervision from senior team members. Create and develop 2D & 3D models and working drawings from sketches or descriptions developed by engineers for MEP systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and containment. Review your own drawings for completeness prior to checking by senior team members. Maintain all revisions of project drawings. Revise and update CAD/Revit drawings as required. Your new company A well-established and highly regarded building services consultancy based in Magherafelt is seeking to appoint an Electrical Engineer at Intermediate or Senior level as part of its continued growth. This is a design‑focused role within an MEP consultancy environment, offering exposure to a varied project portfolio across the UK & Ireland and strong long-term career development prospects. Your new role The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of electrical building services designs from concept through to construction, commissioning and handover, working closely with mechanical engineers, BIM teams and senior leadership.
