Your new role As an Associate Director - Electrical Engineering, you will lead the electrical engineering function within the Building Services team. You'll be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of complex projects, managing client relationships, and mentoring a team of engineers. This is a strategic leadership role with opportunities to shape the future of the company's electrical services offering. Within this role you will also be focusing on the business development, growing and bringing new projects to the team. What you'll need to succeed A degree in Electrical Engineering or significant related experience. 8-10+ years of experience in building services electrical design. Strong technical knowledge of UK regulations and standards (e.g., BS7671). Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech, and Dialux. Proven leadership, project management, and client-facing skills. A passion for sustainable design and innovation.
