Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer (Building Services)

Your new company A well-established Building Services Consultancy with a strong pipeline of work is looking for an Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer to join their loyal team. The client has secured a strong pipeline with a key client within the retail environment that allows them to work on a variety of project types, including; offices, distribution centres and the stores themselves. Alongside this, they also secure a variety of work from smaller clients such as architects, which will add much variety and allow consultants to develop their skills. Your new role You will be working as an intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer with a broad spectrum of responsibilities which include: Conducting site visits (Surveys) Producing drawings (CAD and Revit experience therefore required) Heatloss calculations What you'll need to succeed You will need experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer within the Building Services environment. No set qualifications required - but proven experience in this area of work. What you'll get in return £30,000 to £50,000 (possibility of car/allowance - depending on level of experience). 8:30 to 5:00 pm, 24 days annual leave progressing to 26 days with loyalty, 1 hour lunch and hybrid working pattern.
