Your new role As a Plumbing Technical Support Advisor, you will join a team of four advisors dedicated to providing expert technical assistance to customers. You will handle queries via phone and email, offering practical solutions and guidance on a wide range of plumbing products. This is an advisory role, so you'll focus on troubleshooting, product compatibility, and helping customers resolve technical issues quickly and effectively. What you'll need to succeed A strong plumbing background is essential; experience with gas systems is highly desirable.No formal qualifications are required, but practical hands-on experience is key. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly. A customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple queries efficiently. Due to growth, they are now looking for an Associate Director – Electrical Building Services Engineering to join their London office. They currently have circa £15m worth of MEP works on site, with circa £1m worth of design work already in the pipeline, so a really strong order book, and exciting pipeline. *The role will involve working with an existing client base to lead and develop the Design & Projects service offering to internal clients.  It is a great time to join the business as due to growth they are expecting the London team to double in size within the next 1-2 years, and therefore there are great opportunities for growth and progression within the team. Based in either a central London office or working from home, you’ll be part of a team working on projects from concept design through to stage 4 detailed design.
