About the role: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a growing design team supporting major projects across the UK and Europe. The role will focus on coordinating BIM processes within building services design teams, ensuring models, data, and workflows are delivered to a high technical standard.You will work closely with Mechanical and Electrical design engineers, supporting large industrial developments such as data centres, logistics hubs, and large-scale distribution facilities. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience working as a BIM Coordinator or in a similar BIM-focused role within a building services or engineering consultancy. Strong working knowledge of Revit for Mechanical and Electrical services. Experience coordinating BIM models across multidisciplinary design teams. Good understanding of BIM Level 2 / ISO 19650 principles, including model management and coordination workflows. Working knowledge of Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection (desirable). Ability to support design teams with model setup, coordination reviews, and technical outputs. Strong attention to detail with a well‑organised and proactive approach to workload management. Confident communicator, comfortable working closely with engineers and wider project stakeholders. Experience contributing to large-scale or technically complex projects (industrial, data centres, logistics, or similar sectors advantageous). Comfortable working primarily in an office-based environment, with hybrid working available once eligible. Your new role As the Document Controller / Site Secretary, you will play a key administrative and technical support role within the project team. You'll manage all project documentation, maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with company and project standards, and provide vital administrative support to keep the site running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage the intake, scanning, verification and distribution of project documents, drawings and correspondence. Maintain the Document Management System, ensuring accurate filing, version control and accessibility. Track and distribute updated drawings, specifications and technical information to engineers, subcontractors and site teams. Ensure all documentation meets compliance, QA and project standards. File, archive and securely store sensitive or confidential information. Retrieve documents and records when required by project managers and wider site personnel. Provide general administrative support-printing, scanning, correspondence and maintaining office supplies. Support onboarding of subcontractors and new staff with documentation and site forms. About you Experience in document control or site administration within construction. Strong understanding of document management processes and systems (e.g., SharePoint, Viewpoint, Aconex preferred but not essential). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident communicator with the ability to work with multiple departments and stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling high volumes of documents. Accredited and active members of many professional institutes, they are a registered designer for network substations up to and including 33kV and ensure business continuity for mission critical infrastructures. They are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the development and implementation of compliant strategies within their projects. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects while shaping the next generation of engineering talent. Responsibilities: Prepare and present technical evidence, calculations, and design support for healthcare specific building services systems. Collaborate effectively with clients and external design teams (architectural, structural, quantity surveying). Work closely with internal disciplines including mechanical, electrical, public health, and sustainability. Mentor and guide junior and intermediate engineers within the Power Infrastructure design team. Professional membership of relevant institute preferred (CIBSE, IET, IHEEM) Highly Experienced in Electrical Engineering services systems designs across a range of building types and in particular health buildings. Demonstratable experience of power infrastructure system design Significant experience operating at Intermediate Engineer role Client relationship building skills.
