Mechanical Estimator Location: Dartford | Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Salary: £30,000 – £60,000 (DOE) A highly respected M&E Design & Build company based in Dartford is seeking a Mechanical Estimator at Junior or Intermediate level to join their growing team. About the Company With over 40 years of experience and a team of around 40 staff, the company provides end-to-end M&E services including design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance. Their diverse client portfolio includes police stations, courts, office fit-outs, factories, and more. The Role You will be office-based in Dartford, working alongside two other Mechanical Estimators and two Electrical Estimators. You will report to the Estimating Manager and be responsible for supporting the preparation of accurate and competitive tenders for projects ranging from £10,000 to £5,000,000. Key Responsibilities Review and analyse tender documents, including raising RFIs with clients Communicate with the supply chain and manage enquiries Perform quantity take-offs in line with standard estimating conventions Vet incoming tenders/offers from suppliers to ensure the most viable options are included Prepare tenders for internal adjudication Attend adjudication meetings to present costing approaches, project durations, and risks Ensure timely submission of tenders Support the handover of awarded projects to the operations team Experience & Qualifications Preferably qualified by apprenticeship or to C&G/ONC level Proven experience in a similar role within an M&E contractor or main contractor M&E division Strong ability to estimate costs and project timelines accurately to meet deadlines Salary & Benefits £30,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience) Potential annual bonus scheme 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays Pension scheme Company phone and laptop This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established M&E contractor and develop your career in a supportive, growing environment. Project Manager – Ductwork / Ventilation Location: North London (Office & Site-Based) Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm A leading Ductwork & Ventilation Contractor based in North London is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. The company delivers commercial and industrial projects including commercial offices, manufacturing facilities, shopping centres, train stations, MOD projects and more. Project values can reach up to £1.5m, although most schemes typically range between £500k–£600k. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Project Manager with a strong ductwork or ventilation background to oversee multiple projects from contract award through to final handover. The Role You will join a team of six Project Managers, working between the North London office and project sites.
