Senior Mechanical Engineer - To £60K + best of old school and new school methods With over around 10 years experience in Building Services you've seen projects through; and learnt from mistakes. You're are expert in HVAC and have a good appreciation for Electrical, Fire and PH. From a quick walk around a site, you'll know where the weak links are and how to solve them. You can identify problems and risks early in a project; and deal with them within the allocated time and budget. You appreciate the importance of balancing technical ability, project & financial management, whilst providing outstanding service to clients. You enjoy mentoring and developing the up-and-coming engineers and want to share what you've learnt with them. You are digitally savvy, can work through a Revit model; and appreciate the value of hybrid working. However, you can still sit in front of an architect with a blank piece of paper and sketch out a concept and help bring their ides to life. Your New Role You will project manage electrical services installation contracts from handover of estimate to completion, analyse labour resource requirements for the project and control labour and associated costs, as well as regular site visits, monitoring works progress and ensuring the quality of work is to the required standard and on programme.
