Mechanical Design Engineer
Mechanical Design Engineer - To £50K + 26 days leave + 5% pension + full autonomy + variety. Apart from more money, most Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineers I speak with are looking to get experience in different sectors and continue to learn new skills. Established in the UK over 25 years ago, this independently owned, buildings surveying, project management and construction consultancy are continuing to grow. Having set up a new MEP offering in 2023, this new M&E Design team now employs six M&E Design Engineers which consist of 1 x Electrical Director, 1 x Electrical Associate, 1 x Senior Electrical Engineer, 1 x Mechanical Associate 1 x Senior Mechanical Engineer and 1 x Intermediate Mechancal Engnieer. Due to growth, they are looking for an additional Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to help support their Senior Mechanical Engineer. You'll enjoy working on the design of a broad range of commercial office, mixed use and residential projects across the city; and develop new skills in client advisory services such Pre-Acquisition Surveys, TDD (Technical Due Diligence), Condition Surveys, PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and Dilapidation Surveys. Mechanical Design Engineer Location: East London Salary: £40k - £50k (dependant on experience) A Principal Contractor are presently looking for someone to join their dynamic M&E design team. The Role Under the supervision of the Senior Engineer(s), produce drawings, designs, technical documents and specifications to meet project scope / requirements.
