Your new role As a Graduate Electrical Estimator, you will support the estimating team in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for office fit-out projects. You'll assist in reviewing drawings and specifications, obtaining supplier quotations, and compiling tender documentation. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience and develop a career in electrical estimating within a dynamic and supportive team. What you'll need to succeed A degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field. A strong interest in electrical estimating and commercial office fit-outs. Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with estimating software (e.g. Trimble, Amtech) is a plus. Good communication and organisational skills. Electrical Design Engineer

Having vast experience in a range of sectors, from small retail refurbishments to large-scale multi-million-pound M&E contracts. Your new role Your main purpose ofthe role is the design of electrical engineering for building services. In this role, you willbe: Providing supervision including mentoring/coaching/development and performance management for a small team of Engineers. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you should have: Extensive experience in cost management. Practical experience in cost estimating and planning. Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials. Familiarity with construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies. Experience in post-contract cost management tasks. Clear and effective communication skills, both oral and written. A methodical approach to work and strong organisational skills. The ability to adapt quickly to changing environments. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, financial, and numeracy skills. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily. An understanding of legislation impacting building contracts. The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
