Your new role As a Mechanical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for mechanical building services projects. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical building services. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for mechanical building services projects. Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare estimates. Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient cost estimation. Utilise the CYPHER system for estimating and project management. Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures. Assist in the development and implementation of estimating standards and workflows. ️ What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator in the building services industry. Previous experience with the CYPHER system is beneficial but not essential. Strong understanding of mechanical building services. Mechanical Design Engineer

Your new role As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and producing working design drawings for handover to contracts for delivery. You will maintain a close working relationship with the contracts team from start to finish and collaborate with the design team from inception to completion.
