Your new company I am representing a Blue Light Service in Kent that is seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to join their Estates & Facilities team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving critical infrastructure that supports essential public services. Your new role Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues across estate facilities Oversee mechanical and electrical projects from inception to hand over Ensure statutory compliance and uphold health & safety standards Manage projects and maintain financial control Collaborate closely with internal teams and operational colleagues What you'll need to succeed BTEC HNC/HND in a relevant discipline (essential) Significant experience in building services, ideally from a public sector non-housing background Strong health & safety knowledge Experience with statutory compliance Desirable: Degree-level qualification and CAD experience Applicants must have lived in the UK continuously for the last three years and hold the right to work without restrictions. Senior Electrical Engineer

They are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join the team. As a Senior/Principal Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the Electrical design solutions for a range of building services projects, from initial concept through to final delivery. You will have the opportunity to lead and contribute to the success of our exciting and challenging projects, while working with a dynamic and innovative team that makes a positive impact on the built environment. Responsibilities: Lead the electrical design on complex and large-scale projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, residential, education, healthcare and industrial. Manage the delivery of electrical design solutions in accordance with British Standards and relevant codes of practice. Produce detailed electrical designs and specifications for projects, ensuring compliance with performance requirements and energy efficiency standards. Undertake detailed calculations and simulations to validate the electrical design solutions. Attend site visits and meetings with clients, architects, and contractors. Work collaboratively with other engineers and design team members to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met. Mentor junior engineers to ensure their development and provide technical guidance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging electrical design technologies and practices. Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 6 years' UK experience in electrical design engineering within the building services industry. ideally Chartered Engineer status. Knowledge and experience of British Standards and relevant codes of practice. Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. Experience in using electrical design software such as Amtech, Dialux, or equivalent. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead and manage a team. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. I'm currently working with a well-established civil engineering contractor who are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join their project team on a permanent basis in the Perthshire area of Scotland. The Opportunity My client is looking for a hands-on H&S professional who can work autonomously across their operations, providing expert safety guidance and embedding a positive safety culture throughout the project workforce. You'll be working closely with the Project Health & Safety Manager, managing ISO45001 systems, and acting as the go-to safety advisor for site management and operational teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious H&S professional from a construction or civils background who wants to make a real impact on project delivery and safety performance.
