Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time and within budget. Desirable: Experience in healthcare projects and knowledge of HTMs and HBNs. Membership of professional bodies such as CIBSE or IET. Familiarity with sustainability and net-zero design principles. Responsibilities include: Conducting energy assessments for new and existing buildings (Part L, EPC, SBEM, SAP). Preparing compliance documentation and energy performance certificates. Advising design teams and clients on energy efficiency strategies. Using industry-standard software (IES VE, DesignBuilder, Elmhurst) for building performance modeling. Staying up to date with building regulations and sustainability best practices. This role is open to both experienced professionals and graduates with a relevant degree who are eager to develop their career in energy assessment.What you'll need to succeed Degree in Building Services Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Energy Management, or a related discipline.
