Electrical Project Manager

Electrical Project Manager (M&E Contractor) Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexible depending on project demands) We are working with a growing M&E contractor based in Barbican , delivering projects across London, Essex, and Kent. The company specialises in small M&E packages and fit-outs, while also providing consultancy services to Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers. Their primary focus is commercial offices and data centres, alongside selected residential schemes. Projects are a mix of new build and refurbishment works, delivered within live and occupied environments. With a turnover of £4 million and a team of 14, this is a close-knit business looking for a professional, well-rounded Electrical Project Manager who can build strong client relationships and integrate into a collaborative team. They value individuals who are sensible, client-facing, and comfortable being office- or site-based depending on project requirements. Projects are typically located across Central London, Essex (including Basildon), and Kent. Depending on the scheme, you may be based on-site, in their Barbican office, or occasionally at a client’s office. They are open to discussing flexible or hybrid arrangements where appropriate.
