Your new role Design and specification of sustainable and cost-effective mechanical systems Site visits for appraisals, surveys, and condition reports Ensuring mechanical systems meet performance, efficiency, and regulatory standards Preparation of technical documentation including schedules, drawings, and reports HVAC system design, domestic water services, and drainage layouts Delivery of high-quality work with strong attention to detail What you'll need to succeed Minimum 3 years' experience in mechanical building services design, either with a consultancy or contractor. Senior Building Physics Engineer

Senior Building Physics Engineer - London - To £63K + Package We're looking for a Building Physics Engineer to join a progressive, sustainability-focused building services consultancy in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 5+ years of experience who wants to get involved in design-stage projects, take on real ownership, and work alongside architects, engineers, and clients to deliver high-performing, low-energy buildings across the UK. Senior Electrical Engineer
